Welcome to Madebir! By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

  1. YOUR ACCOUNT
    2. To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account and any other actions taken in connection with your account. You must immediately notify Madebir of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.
  2. PAYMENT AND FEES
    3. Our fees are posted on our website and may be changed from time to time. You authorize us to charge your payment method for any fees incurred by you. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
  3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    4. You acknowledge that Madebir owns all right, title, and interest in and to our services, software, and website, including all intellectual property rights. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our material, except as expressly permitted by these terms or with our prior written consent.
  4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
    5. Our services may integrate with third-party services, such as payment processors or shipping providers, that are not owned or controlled by Madebir. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of these third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk.
  5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    6. Madebir's liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid to Madebir in the 12 months preceding the date on which the claim arose. Madebir is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our services.
  6. TERMINATION
    7. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
  7. GOVERNING LAW
    8. These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any action arising out of or relating to these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
  8. CHANGES TO TERMS
    9. We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

የአገልግሎት መስፈርት

ወደ መደብር እንኳን ደህና መጡ! አገልግሎታችንን በመጠቀም በእነዚህ ቃላት ትስማማለህ ። እባክህ በጥንቃቄ አንብባቸው።

  1. የእርስዎ አካውንት
    2. አገልግሎቶቻችንን ለመጠቀም አካውንት መፍጠር አለብዎት። የአካውንትዎን ዋስትና የመጠበቅ ኃላፊነት አለዎት። በሂሳብዎ ስር ለሚከሰቱ እንቅስቃሴዎች ሁሉ እና ከአካውንትዎ ጋር በተያያዘ ለሚወሰዱ ሌሎች እርምጃዎች ምሉዕ ኃላፊነት አለዎት። ስለ አካውንትህ ወይም ስለ ማንኛውም ሌላ የደህንነት ጥሰት ወዲያውኑ መደብር ማሳወቅ አለብህ።
  2. ክፍያ እና ክፍያ
    3. ክፍያዎቻችን በድረ ገጻችን ላይ የሚለጠፉ ሲሆን አልፎ አልፎ ሊለወጡ ይችላሉ። በእርስዎ ለሚከፈል ማንኛውም ክፍያ የክፍያ ዘዴዎን እንድንከፍል ፍቃድ ትሰጣላችሁ። የምትከተለውን ክፍያና ቀረጥ በሙሉ ለመክፈል ትስማማለህ።
  3. ምሁራዊ ንብረት
    4. መደብር ሁሉንም የአእምሮ ንብረት መብቶች ጨምሮ በአገልግሎቶቻችን፣ በሶፍትዌሮቻችን እና በድረ ገጻችን ላይ ደህና, ርዕስ እና ፍላጎት እንዳለው አምነህ ታምናለህ። በእነዚህ አገላለፆች ወይም በቅድሚያ በጽሑፍ በሰፈረው ስምምነት ካልተፈቀደለት በስተቀር ማንኛውንም ጽሑፍ ላለመራባት፣ ላለማሰራጨት፣ ላለማሻሻል፣ ለሕዝብ ለማሳየት፣ በሕዝብ ፊት ለማሳየት፣ ለማሳተም፣ ለማተም፣ ለማውረድ፣ ለማከማቸት ወይም ለማስተላለፍ ተስማምተሃል።
  4. የሶስተኛ ወገን አገልግሎት
    5. አገልግሎቶቻችን መደብር ባለቤት ያልሆኑ ወይም ቁጥጥር የማይደረግባቸው የክፍያ ፕሮሰሰሮች ወይም የመላኪያ አቅራቢዎች ከሶስተኛ ወገን አገልግሎቶች ጋር ሊዋቀሩ ይችላሉ። ለእነዚህ የሶስተኛ ወገን አገልግሎቶች ይዘት, ትክክለኛነት, ወይም ተገኝነት ተጠያቂ አይደለንም, እና የእርስዎ አጠቃቀም በራስዎ አደጋ ላይ ነው.
  5. የሃላፊነት ገደብ
    6. መደብር በአንተ ላይ ያለው ኃላፊነት ጥያቄ ከቀረበበት ቀን በፊት ባሉት 12 ወራት ውስጥ ለመደብር በከፈልከው ገንዘብ ላይ ብቻ የተወሰነ ነው። መደብር ከእነዚህ ቃላት ወይም ከአገልግሎቶቻችን አጠቃቀም ጋር በተያያዘ በተዘዋዋሪ ፣ በአጋጣሚ ፣ በልዩ ወይም በዚህ ምክንያት ለሚደርስ ጉዳት ተጠያቂ አይደለም ።
  6. መደምደሙ
    7. እነዚህን ቃላቶች ከጣሳችሁ ጨምሮ በማንኛውም ጊዜ፣ ያለ ማስታወቂያ ወይም ኃላፊነት ሂሳብዎን እና አገልግሎቶቻችንን ማግኘት ልናቋርጥ ወይም ልናቋርጥ እንችላለን። አገልግሎታችንን ከጨረሳችሁ በኋላ የመጠቀም መብታችሁ ወዲያውኑ ይወገዳል።
  7. የአስተዳደር ህግ
    8. እነዚህ አገላለጽ በኢትዮጵያ ህግ መሰረት የሚመራና የሚገለፅ ይሆናል። ለማንኛውም የህግ ግጭት መርሆች ተግባራዊ ሳይሆኑ። ከነዚህ ድንጋጌዎች የሚነሳ ወይም የሚያገናዘበው ማንኛውም እርምጃ በአዲስ አበባ፣ ኢትዮጵያ በሚገኙ ፍርድ ቤቶች ብቻ ይቀርባል።
  8. የቃላት ለውጥ
    9. እነዚህን ቃላት አልፎ አልፎ እናስተካክላቸው ይሆናል። በእነዚህ ቃላት ላይ ቁሳዊ ለውጥ ካደረግን በኢሜይል ወይም በድረ ገጻችን ላይ ማስታወቂያ በመለጠፍ እናሳውቃችኋለን። በእነዚህ ቃላት ላይ ማንኛውም ለውጥ ውጤታማ ቀን ካለፈ በኋላ አገልግሎቶቻችንን መጠቀማችሁ ለውጦቹን መቀበል ነው ።
